• Start with prayer.
• Invite God into your journaling time. Ask Him to guide your thoughts and reveal what needs healing, release, or restoration.
• Read slowly.
• Sit with the scriptures and reflections. Let the words speak to you before you begin writing.
• Journal honestly.
• There are no right or wrong answers. Write what’s true, not what sounds good.
• Pause when needed.
• You don’t have to complete this journal in one sitting. Return to it as often as you need.
• Listen for God’s voice.
• Sometimes clarity comes while writing. Other times it comes after.
